FAQ

A DX spot is a report posted by a radio operator (spotter) announcing that a particular station (DX) was heard on a specific frequency. Spots are shared via the DX Cluster network.

LoTW (Logbook of The World) is an ARRL service for confirming QSOs electronically. A green checkmark means the station actively uses LoTW (within the last year). A yellow dash means registered but inactive.

IOTA (Islands On The Air) is an award programme for contacting stations on islands. Spots highlighted in green contain an IOTA reference in the comment.

The spot table refreshes every 30 seconds automatically. Solar and band activity data refresh every 2 minutes.
